Leadership Summit

The challenge: As 2021 ended, our company needed a theme for a leadership summit that resonated with a team overwhelmed by a surge in business during the pandemic. The challenge was to inspire renewed purpose while acknowledging their fatigue.

Goal: Energize leadership and make them feel like a key part of something bigger with a memorable, impactful event.

Strategy: We built the event around the theme of "Unite," using striking visuals, a custom event logo, and a kickoff video that gave attendees "goosebumps," reinforcing the theme from start to finish.
